Rule 155A
No benefits other than provident fund and insurance
: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, armed police personnel dismissed from service as per sub-rule (2) of rule 113, except the amount of employee provident fund as per rule 62 and insurance as per rule 155 You will not get any other facility of the regulation.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Rules, Rule 107A. If it is found that the spouse of an armed police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit from the details as per sub-rule (1) or from any other source, such spouse who has obtained a permanent residence permit shall pay the amount of employee provident fund as per rule 62 and insurance as per rule 155 and other as per this regulation. You will not get any facility.
